We took our vehicle in to have the brakes looked into as they intermittently locked up. Since it was only an occasional thing, it took a bit of diagnostic work by the Fremont team but they found the source and fixed the problem. They gave us use of a loaner car while ours was being worked on. We really appreciate their persistence in making it right! They were very fair with the price of the repairs also!

Everything went smoothly...the only disappointing thing was the Jeep I was originally going to buy had a big ding in the door. They were going to fix it, but when you purchase a brand new vehicle you don’t want dings or flaws. I settled for a different color. Otherwise my experience was great!

Kyle Smith is the only salesman I deal with there. He shoots it to you straight, with no BS. He's always willing to help through the entire sales process, even well after you've made your purchase, he will still help make things happen. If the service department can't find the issue you're describing, the service manager will go for a drive with you and try and replicate the problem so they can help solve it. Their pricing has gotten a lot better and more competitive. No more "Casper Premium" on the prices. They will come pretty close to or near Dave Smith's pricing.
