I would like to thank Mr. Tom Horne, General Manager for his assistance in relieving the stress of returning our leased 2016 Ford Explorer. We live out of State and was told that we were required to return the vehicle to the site of origination of the lease. The vehicle unfortunately suffered a malfunction, not typical for the Explorer and is five hours away from where we live. On top of it, repairs are not due to occur until next week.
