How Often Should I Get My Ford Serviced?

Your Ford vehicle will come with its own recommended maintenance schedule. For instance, the Ford Bronco recommends you change your Bronco’s brake fluid every three years and change your engine oil whenever the interior maintenance reminder suggests (usually in an approximate 7,000-mile to 10,000-mile range).

If you follow recommended intervals like these to check your vehicle’s engine, tires, etc., you’ll schedule service whenever your vehicle reaches a relevant mileage or age marker or when you notice something unusual.

To check if everything is functioning normally or if it requires extra service, monthly you should check areas like:

• Fluid level of engine oil
• Tire pressure/condition
• Exterior and interior light functions

What Is Covered Under My Ford Warranty?

Included as part of your New Vehicle Limited Warranty, the Ford Services and Parts Warranty covers any factory-defective parts in your vehicle. While you will receive a free replacement on any necessary equipment repairs of that nature, the warranty does not cover regular maintenance required from normal use.

This warranty is transferrable. If you buy a used Ford vehicle and the original warranty has not yet expired, you can continue to reap those benefits.

What Do I Get From Ford Roadside Assistance?

The Ford Roadside Assistance policy lasts either for five years or 60,000 miles driven, whichever interval comes first. With this, you can contact Ford whenever you need a hand. Enjoy perks like:
