SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

Fremont Motor Companies and its affiliated dealerships ("Fremont," "we," "us," or "our") may send SMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided a mobile telephone number and consented to receive text messages from us. Depending on the consent provided, messages may include vehicle sales and promotional offers, limited-time sales events and discounts, new and pre-owned vehicle inventory information, trade-in and vehicle-purchase opportunities, dealership and service promotions, responses and follow-up regarding inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and other information related to interactions with Fremont.

Marketing text message consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Fremont.

2. Opt-In and Consent

Customers may opt in through Fremont websites, lead forms, dealership forms, or other enrollment methods that present the applicable SMS consent disclosure. By opting in, you authorize Fremont to send text messages to the mobile number you provide using an automated system or other messaging technology, as permitted by law.

3. Cancellation Instructions
